Yes, as we work on your software, we can assist you with understanding the different SMSF accounting software’s available and help you make a decisions on what might be best.
Do you contact our clients?
We will never contact your clients.
However, we commonly prepare our responses requesting information in a way that can be forwarded onto you client which out needing to re-write it.
What are your prices?
Prices depend on the complexity of your funds. We would love to discuss out pricing options with you via a phone call or zoom meeting, we are sure you will be pleasantly surprised with the fee per fund.
Do you have a recommended auditor?
Yes, we work with a recommended auditor who has been working with Peter Johnson for over 10 years now.
Can we use our own auditor?
Yes, while we have a recommended auditor we are happy to use your auditor. However we do request that we use the same auditor for all your funds.
How can we be assured of the quality of your work?
Every fund that is prepared by iddi SMSF is not only finalised by Melissa McGuiggan but reviewed by SMSF Expert Peter Johnson. You can rest assured that all work completed by iddi SMSF is compliant and of the highest quality.
Who will I be dealing with?
As we are a small family run business, you can be assured that you when you send an email or pick up the phone to call us, you will always be speaking with one of our founders Melissa or Matt.
Do you provide technical advice?
Yes, we understand that you may come across a sticky situation where you need high level technical advice. Peter Johnson provides consultations for accountants on technical SMSF compliance matter.
